Evolve was awarded the tender by Hytech Multipurpose Ltd for the construction of a water supply and storage scheme in Nairobi, Kenya, built around 12 boreholes.
The works cover the boreholes and the civil and pipework needed to put them into service — access roads, drainage works and piping works — together with water pans for surface water storage.
Storage and elevation are provided by two water towers, each 10 m high, together with two steel water tanks and one storage tank.
The award followed a formal tender, on the prices quoted by Evolve, and the works were delivered over an eighteen-month programme.
